MISSION STATEMENT
Babe's Hardware turns everyday essentials into something personal. Born in Los Angeles. Shaped by street culture and my Mexican-American roots. Every piece is hand-engraved metal — built to be used, made to be kept, carried with pride.
I'm Trish — artist, calligrapher, and designer from Los Angeles. Latin-Catholic by upbringing, gothic by obsession, with a deep soft spot for gangster rap and Art Laboe slow jams.
Babe's Hardware started because I couldn't find what I was looking for. Something timeless and tough. Pieces that took 1700s blackletter scripts, romantic sculpture, and the soundtrack to Baz Luhrmann's Romeo + Juliet seriously enough to wear every day. So I started making them.
A few hundred custom orders later, the shop is small-batch and growing slowly on purpose. A loyal community on every continent. Every piece is still engraved by hand in LA — made to last, made to feel, louder than any trend.
