Returns for Non-Personalized Items
Non-personalized items are eligible for return if they are unused and sent back in their original packaging.
All returns must be authorized by Babe’s Hardware before being sent back.
To request a return, please contact us within 20 days of the delivery date. You may return your item for a refund or store credit.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.
Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after your return has been received.

REPAIRS
Babe’s Hardware prides itself on the quality of its merchandise. If your item does break within one year of purchase date and you would like to repair, Babe’s Hardware Offers a one-time repair fee which varies based on the repair. You must have proof of purchase from Babe’s Hardware. the item must be repairable and we must have the necessary components. Stones and certain elements may not be available, but we will do our best to accommodate you.
