Introduction

Welcome to Babe's Hardware. By accessing or using babeshardware.co, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1. General Use

This website is owned and operated by Babe's Hardware, based in Los Angeles, CA. All content, images, copy, and designs on babeshardware.co are the property of Babe's Hardware and may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without our prior written permission. You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of it.

2. Custom Orders

All items are custom engraved and made to order. By submitting your order you confirm that:

  • All custom text, names, dates, and details are correct and spelled as you intend them to appear

  • You have reviewed your order confirmation and approve the details as submitted

We do not accept edits, corrections, or cancellations once an order has entered production. Please double-check everything before completing your purchase. Babe's Hardware is not responsible for errors in customer-submitted content.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on babeshardware.co are in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days from the date of purchase. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Babe's Hardware is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

  • Delivery failures due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any additional reshipping costs.

5. Returns & Exchanges

All personalized and custom-engraved orders are final sale due to the made-to-order nature of our products. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 3 days of confirmed delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, product names, designs, product images, and branding elements are the exclusive intellectual property of Babe's Hardware. Unauthorized use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, or use in any commercial context — is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent. Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you submit to us may be used by Babe's Hardware without obligation or compensation to you.

7. Limitation of Liabilities

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Babe's Hardware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site, products, or services — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

Our site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, beyond what is required by applicable law.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at babeshardware.co/contact so we can try to resolve it directly. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

9. Privacy

10. Changes to these terms.

Babe's Hardware reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
