2. Custom Orders

All items are custom engraved and made to order. You are responsible for ensuring all custom text submitted is correct. We do not accept edits once an order is in production.

3. Processing + Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

4. Returns + Exchanges

All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will make it right.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, and product images are the intellectual property of Babe’s Hardware. You may not use our branding or products for commercial use without written permission.

6. Privacy
