Custom engraved and personalized orders ship within 2–4 business days from the order date. Shipping transit time is separate and depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. All orders are made and shipped from Los Angeles, California.

All Babe’s Hardware orders, including custom engraved jewelry and accessories, are made and shipped from Los Angeles, CA.

Our lighter cases are designed to fit Bic Standard Size J6 and Bic Mini J5 lighters only. Other brands or sizes will not fit properly.

Stamped pieces are handmade and engraved pieces are made by using a Fiber Laser machine - but it's worth delving in a little deeper to get a better understanding of which might be the right choice for your piece.

When your piece is stamped, each letter is done one at a time -- by hand -- using special metal punches. It’s a technique that allows for each of our pieces to be truly one-of-a-kind. 

Engraving, on the other hand, is done by machine. Engraved pieces turn out looking more flawless, but might not have the same unique character of our stamped pieces. What you prefer for your piece is really up to you! 

Please note that certain pieces in our shop, such as our lighter cases, can only be only be engraved.

No. Personalized and custom engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items with names, initials, dates, or custom text.

Yes, we ship internationally. International shipping is available via USPS International Flat Rate for $25. Estimated transit time is 7–15 business days. Customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Each personalized product includes a font chart image in the listing photos.

If no font is specified, the default font shown on the product listing will be used.
