  • Custom engraved and personalized orders ship within 2–4 business days from the order date. Shipping transit time is separate and depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. All orders are made and shipped from Los Angeles, California.

  • Yes. All Babe’s Hardware orders, including custom engraved jewelry and accessories, are made and shipped from Los Angeles, CA.

  • Our lighter cases are designed to fit Bic Standard Size J6 and Bic Mini J5 lighters only. Other brands or sizes will not fit properly.

  • No. Personalized and custom engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items with names, initials, dates, or custom text.

  • Yes, we ship internationally. International shipping is available via USPS International Flat Rate for $25. Estimated transit time is 7–15 business days. Customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Each personalized product includes a font chart image in the listing photos.

    At checkout, enter:

    • The exact text you want engraved

    • The corresponding Font #

    If no font is specified, the default font shown on the product listing will be used.

  • All personalized, custom engraved items are final sale.

    We do accept returns or exchanges on non-personalized items.
