Returns for Non-Personalized Items

  • Non-personalized items are eligible for return if they are unused and sent back in their original packaging.

  • All returns must be authorized by Babe’s Hardware before being sent back.

  • To request a return, please contact us within 20 days of the delivery date. You may return your item for a refund or store credit.

  • Custom engraved/personalized items

  • Special orders

These items are final sale and cannot be returned. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please feel free to email us before placing your order.

REFUNDS
