We offer three convenient shipping methods within the U.S.:

1. USPS Ground Shipping

Flat Rate: $5

Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.

2. USPS Priority Mail

Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.

Shipping cost calculated at checkout.

3. FedEx Next-Day Delivery

For next-business-day delivery, orders must be placed

by 11:00 AM PST. Orders placed after this time will ship the following business day.

Processing Times

  • Custom/Personalized Orders: Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your item ships.

  • Non-Personalized Items: Ship within 1–2 business days.

If you need your order sooner, please email us at hello@babeshardware.co and we’ll do our best to accommodate expedited processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. Here’s how we handle returns:

  • Custom & Personalized Items: All sales are final unless we made an error in your customization.

  • Damaged or Broken Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@babeshardware.co with photos. We’ll make it right.

  • Non-Custom Items: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and undamaged.

Return Conditions:

  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days, or you may choose to exchange or apply the value toward another item.
